  Last week my wife and I got off the cruise ship at Rhyll and our daughter came to meet us. It was a really hot day and as we walked past this restaurant which appeared closed, we decided to sit on the outdoor bench seat to take a few minutes out of the sun. Before even sitting down, an Indian man rushed out the door waving his arms and saying "No". I asked him what the problem was and he said the seats are reserved for his customers. I pointed out to him the restaurant was completely empty and he still refused. He may have acted prematurely and certainly didn't give us an opportunity to become customers. We walked 10 feet to the adjoining cafe and bought our refreshments and food there. We certainly wouldn't be offering our patronage to such a rude person. It appears from the other reviews that rudeness is a common theme.

  Best coffee I have ever had and I am a Melbourne coffee snob! The chocolate, pistachio and date tarts were fantastic too, will be back!

  We live locally and regularly get fish and chips from here. Always great service and food !! Yet to find a better fish and chippery in Australia!
